Extremely kind and professional. Great communication on what needed done. Willing to take me to work so I didn't have sit there all day. Absolutely wonderful!

Just from start to finish the service was great. The people were easy to talk to and accomplish the task of fixing my vehicle.

They called me and reminded me I needed radiator flushed and changed and brakes fluid needed changed. They had time to do it then just took about another hour or so

I went in for a tire repair, all 4 tire rotation, and an alignment. Communication of price and time to complete the job were spot on. They were very courteous and helpful.

Our school district shop uses Big O Tires as a partner for service work that we are unable to perform in house. When we call to schedule work, they are always accommodating of our schedule. We drop off our work and get notified promptly when it is completed, if a problem we didn't catch is found they will contact us with repair options, and no pressure for them to complete the work. When work is complete they contact us and make it easy for us to pick up.
