I just drove from Morehead city, North Carolina. While coming down some of the mountains, I experienced a shimmy in my front end of my truck. I work at a ski resort near this big O tire center. I asked my friend, where do you get your vehicles work done ? She replied oh , you gotta go to the Big O tire store! They are very reliable and I receive good quality of work. So this morning at 7:30 I called and spoke to Val. And he said bring it in. We’ll take a look and see what we can do for you today. I did not have an appointment and I told him why I needed to get my vehicle repaired immediately. They were very understanding and were able to get me completed and outdoor in a very reasonable time. The staff was very professional and courteous! There were other customers in there that I spoke with, that were very loyal and longtime customers of this facility. The price was reasonable, and feel that I was treated very fairly and they gave me outstanding service.
