I booked an appointment on line and got a prompt response. When we dropped off the car, the girl was extremely busy but let us know she would be with us soon. She let us know that she would call and let us know pricing before any work was done on the car unless it was a small fix. She then called and texted when the car was ready (extremely quick) and was very friendly when we picked it up.

Sue was amazing. From the start she was helpful and knowledgeable. I needed a clutch replacement and she was able to talk me through the process, knew how long it would take, what it would cost and was very informative. She had a lovely manner, calling the work 'open clutch surgery'. The work took less time that expected which was an added bonus. The team was flexible allowing for us to drop off the vehicle and put the key in a drop box.

They promised that it would be done at a certain time and they did. Will return.
