Big O Tires

I was at this location to have a tire plugged on my wife’s Lexus RX 350. The employees were busy at this time but managed to repair the tire in a timely manner. This impressed me. There was no charge on the plug. This impressed me as well. At any rate, I thanked the staff and walked out the door only to turn around and go back inside to discuss tires for my truck. Well, I walked out again after paying for tires for my truck with plans to install them the next day.

Came in for a custom allignment on a Saturday while they were really busy. Despite them being busy, the tech's took the time to figure out what kind of specs were the best for the suspension setup on my car. The time it took for them to do it was quick, and they let me know about adjustments that were needed to be done and what not.

Adam Richardson was extremely accommodating, considering the fact that I had misscheduled my appointment, but needed my tires replaced today instead of the following day. He was able to find an opening and had the tires replaced within an hour and a half of dropping off the vehicle.

Ive been using this location for years and always a great experiance.

The service was fast and well executed. Saturday appointments was excellently and expertly executed. The store attendant called me to let me know the time I requested was not available and offered me another appointment same day.

They were friendly and knowledgeable.

I am satisfied may well come again. I wouldn’t consider it exceptional.

The employee that received me at the front desk was not very friendly or welcoming, he wasn’t rude just not friendly. He was the same when the work on my truck was completed and I was checking out.
