El Pollo Loco

I enjoy eating at el pollo loco because there's a variety of food to choose from. This time I got a burrito. It was good except for one thing,not enough chicken in the burrito. I think there was only about 4-5 pieces of chicken, i don't think it's fair for the price I payed.

No greeting or acknowledgement whatsoever when I pulled up to the pick up window since the girl was too busy flirting with her shift leader

We are very satisfied with the taste the chicken had today,because other times it's not that good. The friendliness of the staff is always great and positive. Overall my co-workers and I will be coming back to this location again very soon.

I had the pollo bowl and it was as expected. I do think it isn't as fresh as it used to be. I would like to see more ala carte items for some of us that are budget conscious.

Not a lot of chicken inside the burritos. But other than that it's good.

Love the Pollo bowl combo but they need to learn to give SPOONS with it!!!

Good food. I like people who work here. BUT they gave me very little green sauce & no dressing for my salad. I'll be back though & just be a little more careful before I drive away.
