El Pollo Loco

I don't know why, but it took the drive thru like 30 mins to serve the 2 cars in front of me. I wasn't in a rush so I didn't mind, but I hope it doesn't happen again when I do need to rush.

I don't like el polo loco personally it was never my favorite

This place needs to get people with better people and language skills. I'll go to a different location out of my way from now on!

The staff at this location was rude and rushed me even though the line and wait was over 12 minutes...

They made my order wrong and I even had them double check before I paid and she assumed me it was right. Had to call and complain when I got home because I couldn't even eat the food I paid for.

The people working at this location are highly unorganized. The food was terrible. Dry chicken rock hard avocado.
