The quality of service was incredible. We have visited this location many times and have received nothing but top notch service, communication, and treatment but this time more any any other. My husband brought my new car in for an inspection and chose to wait with it. I ended up tagging him out to go handle home things so I was waiting at the completion of the inspection. One of the employees, Jordan came to get me in the waiting room because of his feeling of what he found in this car knowing it was newly purchased. He brought me to the garages which has never happened before because he felt like it was desperate I see what I was sold. He explained fully what they found and what I was looking at in terms of finances right from the start. Answered all questions I had without an ounce of judgment. This staff understands that they may be delivering news that is hard to hear and they are truly sensitive of this information. I had a nail in my tire and thought I had to buy a new tire but Jordan assured me it did not puncture all the way through thus I did not have to have a new tire and they did not push it for me to buy a tire
