All Associates extremely helpful. Very explanatory and difficulties with my tire. Not pushy with sales towards things that I did purchase, also showed me things that I asked about and allowed me to make my own decisions to have other work done on the car as well while I was there. Even allowed me to ask for any discounts possible and add it on an oil change to my car. Scheduled appointment for the next day and things went right on schedule and got completed in great time. Love this place returning customer that will return again.

I have used bog o tires for years and even when it was NTB. I always have had good service and the problem were always fixed. I always buy my tires at big o tires. Big o tires is my go to auto repair store.

I’ve been coming to this location since it was built, through all the different owners and one thing has been constant. Jake the manager keeps the staff and himself and quality high above any other company. If he leaves I’m gone, I remember when Jake was just a tire technician and moved up to management, he understands the customer.

Staff was very friendly and helped me right away. They were fairly quick with minimal wait time. The bathroom was clean and taken care of. Everything went great!
