Associates were great!

Jordan and the other guys at Big O were very professional! As a woman taking my car to get worked on, I NEVER felt like they were taking advantage of me or trying to treat me any different. I have been to this location many times and have always felt this way.

I recommend my neighbors,and family to goto this location. The guys at the front desk and all the other employees provide great Service to my vehicles.

All Associates extremely helpful. Very explanatory and difficulties with my tire. Not pushy with sales towards things that I did purchase, also showed me things that I asked about and allowed me to make my own decisions to have other work done on the car as well while I was there. Even allowed me to ask for any discounts possible and add it on an oil change to my car. Scheduled appointment for the next day and things went right on schedule and got completed in great time. Love this place returning customer that will return again.
