Big O Tires

Had a flat tire. Service was prompt and at a fair price.

We had a tire blowout Friday evening. We were able to get an appointment the next morning. I used online booking feature on the website. It was straightforward and easy to use. The morning of my appointment, I got a call from Lucas to get the details of what I needed done. He walked me through the pricing and available tires that would work for my vehicle. He answered all my questions. When we arrived for our appointment, check in was quick and easy. My family and I walked over to a neighboring restaurant while we waited. We had to wait another 10 minutes or so when we got back to the shop. They had ample, comfortable seating for the wait. Lucas checked us out when the work was done. The price was exactly what he had told me it would be over the phone. The car drove SO much better leaving than it did even before the blowout happened. Apparently, it needed some work. We're very happy with our experience! We will be back!

And then there’s the fact that I got my oil change AND battery replacement for less than other places were quoting only the battery. 11/10. Thank you.
