Manager was amazing.

The service center did what they said they would do in a timely manner. My vehicle was ready before expected. I did not have to wait for service

They did exactly as I asked. There was no high pressure to do more than I wanted. The price was fair. I was told the work would take 1 1/2 hours and it was done a few minutes early. I drove my car over 250 miles today and was very pleased. I have already recommended the store to three people today. Good job!

This location is always very friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating, which is nice because it is convenient to my work schedule and location.

I had originally scheduled an appointment to get a tire replaced that was damaged by hitting pot hole. Had to cancel and have it installed at a shop closer to home because of not wanting to drive the car too far.. Big O beat the price so I still got the tire. They were very understanding and friendly that I had to cancel and took care of me on the price of the tire. Will return for future services.

I explained what I needed with costs. Sells Rep found me a affordable solution. There was some confusion on tire size. Sells Rep contacted me to resolve the issue before moving on instead of making the decision to move on. My appointment was on a Saturday. It was late and they were busy. However, they stayed past closing to make sure the other customers and myself got our vehicle back. I was impressed with Big O'S staff's dedication to the customer and their company. 5 STAR RATING AS FAR AS I AM CONCERNED

I was told twice by Toyota that I needed a wheel alignment - so last time told them ging to Big O since I have free tire rotation and they can do it at the same time. To my surprise I did not need an alignment and your representative showed me the alignment data that you took -- They could have been as dishonest as Toyota and went ahead and given me something that I didnt need. I greatly appreciate that honesty - Long time customer and will remain so :)
