Two associates said the wait time would be about an hour so we decided to wait for the vehicle, but it took 2 hours and 20 minutes.

Online quote was way off. Then schedule of service wasn’t not going to be completed because they were getting close to closing. I was very upset because I came in early and they still didn’t want to complete the job in full.

Not sure how honest and if all work I asked for was done. Perhaps I will have to stay and wait to make sure the work is complete and ask for them to show me if the actual next oil service is programmed into my car, and to make sure the tires were actually rotated. Oil change and tire rotation was complete in approximately 30 minutes the air pressure gauge on my car remained 28 and 27 PSI as it was when I came to have the service done. I did not remain at the store during the service. I was across the street at the grocery store and back to the store in approximately 30 minutes. My car was sitting in the same exact place. and the tool that they use to rotate tires was in my glove compartment. Usually it is laying on the seat when they have finished rotating the tires last time I had service done and purchased new tires for my rogue I was told I needed shocks at the same time, I did not have the shocks done but I did purchase tires. I took the car to the Nissan dealership to have my shocks checked since the car only had approximately 30,000 miles on it they told me my shocks were fine my trust with Big O’s has declined greatly.

They had nothing in stock and it took hours to get things. And hours to put the tires on.

The person at check in wasn't friendly. My wife and I both booked appointments on the same day for the same vehicle. When my wife called to cancel the duplicate appointment, the person was not friendly and seemed annoyed about the cancelled appointment. I was told I needed new wiper blades when I just replaced them 2 weeks ago and I was told my vehicle had an oil leak and for $100 they would try to locate the leak. There is no burning oil smell or drops on the garage floor where the car is parked. I felt like they were just trying to get more money out of me. Also, please stop offering "coupons" for oil changes you don't offer. I was unhappy about paying $50 for an oil change when I had a coupon. We will not be returning to Big O for any other vehicle services. This isn't the first time we have had "issues" with a vehicle and a large quote for repairs. The last time I took the truck to a different repair shop and there were NO issues to fix.

The store manager (Billy Daniels) is very disrespectful to the employees in the shop. Also there were corporate guys there as well and they sure don’t know how to take care of their employees at all. I highly recommend not going to not only this location but any Big o tires at all.

There is a warning light that should have been seen during post repair drive. Now I have to take it back costing time and gas.

A vehicle should not be on the rack for more than an hour and not even finish a simple tire repair. Furthermore, the repair was not done properly. A different employee had to take over. The oil change never took place as I had to get on my way. Better speed and skill next time.
