Big O Tires

Right off the bat let me tell you the customer service was excellent as well as the initial work. However I had asked for an extra caliper but was not completed. Luckily I wasn't charged so no foul but it was communicated. Otherwise Blake did excellent.

3 hours to replace 4 tires and do the alignment. Felt like it could have been done in half the time. During the alignment process watched the guy that was working on my car sit and talk to someone else for 15 minutes. Meanwhile nothing being completed or worked on during that time.

I ordered 4 tires and was told they would be available however the tires were not there at the time of my appointment so I had to return 2 days later to get the tires.

When applying for the third time for the big o tires credit card which your bank keeps canceling on me every year, I was told it would take 10 to 14 days to process my application this time. Which Is ridiculous and very inconvenient considering I'm having the work done right then. Having to find another means of payment was inconvenient.

This was a rescheduled appointment, I had a previous one scheduled for the week prior at 2pm, after sitting for an hour I was informed that it may be another hour or more because one employee took a break and the other was leaving. I couldn't wait that long and left, they promised a discount when I rescheduled. i rescheduled and they did give a discount, but that didn't make up for the hour I had wasted the week before.

Well when making an appointment it states that a free alignment check would be done. This did not happen for me. Kind of disappointed because I think I have an alignment issue which is causing excessive wear on my tires

Oil change took a little longer than expected. Wanted tire rotation and told it was not recommended due to low tread depth. Left it at that with no recommendation for tires or how long these would last. Have a nail or screw in a tire and was not noticed by staff.

Its hard to rate any service Highly Satisfied as price and time have an effect o the services

Two associates said the wait time would be about an hour so we decided to wait for the vehicle, but it took 2 hours and 20 minutes.
