Customer service was top priority! From my phone call through my service!

Came in with nail in tire, was fixed quickly along with a tire rotation, at no cost.

The manager was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Additionally, she communicated the repair status very well.

Kalyn and Corbie (sp?) were great!

Great experience just moved this my go to auto store

The store manager was all over the service of my vehicle. She was very friendly and professional. Her name was Katlyn, I believe. Seems very knowledgeable.

Right off the bat let me tell you the customer service was excellent as well as the initial work. However I had asked for an extra caliper but was not completed. Luckily I wasn't charged so no foul but it was communicated. Otherwise Blake did excellent.

3 hours to replace 4 tires and do the alignment. Felt like it could have been done in half the time. During the alignment process watched the guy that was working on my car sit and talk to someone else for 15 minutes. Meanwhile nothing being completed or worked on during that time.

I ordered 4 tires and was told they would be available however the tires were not there at the time of my appointment so I had to return 2 days later to get the tires.

When applying for the third time for the big o tires credit card which your bank keeps canceling on me every year, I was told it would take 10 to 14 days to process my application this time. Which Is ridiculous and very inconvenient considering I'm having the work done right then. Having to find another means of payment was inconvenient.
