Great service and communication

I have gone to this Big O Tire for years and have always had a good experience. In this appointment I had to request that my appointment be moved up an hour due to having to drive out of state for a family issue. They were able to move the appointment and got right on my car. The oil change was completed and I was on my way an hour earlier than originally planned.

The service was completed in a timely manner and the customer service provided was outstanding.

I scheduled an appointment with Big O in Olathe but accidently went to the other one in south Olathe. They got me in anyway. I had tire pressure issues and they found it was a screw that was in the tire. They fixed it quickly.

The staff was very friendly and explained completely what the inspection showed. Billy, the Manager, was great as he checked in to see if I needed anything else. Online scheduling was pretty easy. I am very happy with my service done.

Have used Bog O for years. I bring our car, my daughters car and my 2 granddaughters cars in for all the service needed. I have never had a bad experience with them.
