Two reasons. One they turned off my headlights. Two they reset my trip A odometer. I had my engine warranty replaced almost 2 years ago and was using the trip A to track the mileage on the new engine.

If you cause the issue you should make it right! Not tell me it is my fault and now is going to cost upwards of $400.

The person assisting me, was rude and a bit hostile, when I questioned him about the price.

I had to purchase a bolt from O’ Reilly’s auto parts to reattach the front left caliper. It is very disturbing to think what could happen if I lost my brakes while driving home after the service repair to my vehicle. The caliper was on with one of 2 bolts. This very well could have caused an accident.

I scheduled my appointment online and selected exactly which services I wanted completed on my vehicle, which included an oil change, tire pressure check, tire rotation, and wheel alignment. When I checked in for my appointment, I did not pay enough attention to what I was being told about the services to be done on my vehicle, as I assumed the ones I selected online were the ones that would be completed. However, when I picked up my vehicle and reviewed my invoice, I realized only the oil change and tire pressure check had been completed. I asked an associate about this, and he said he was not aware that other services were requested, as that information did not make it to him. Apparently, when people make an appointment online and select the services they want completed, this information is completely ignored, and it is expected that the customer tells the associate what they want IN PERSON. If I request an appointment online, I expect the associates to know what services I selected online. What is the point of being able to select services online if the associates don't even use that information?

Yes this time service was better than before. Joe was professional unlike my last visit. I will never buy tires at Big O's again.

Well you haven't done anything to resolve the problem. All your manager did was get confrontational. This problem needs to be resolved. I came in to get two tires replaced. And they left those two tires on the car and took off the good ones. Then refused to put them back on or even let me see them. All the manager did, after my third return. Was try to get argumentative and in my face about it.
