I drive a handicapped accessible van and I am a paraplegic myself, so I drive myself around every where I go and 2 days prior to coming to BigOTires, I hear this whining high pitch sound coming from up under the hood of my van, so I tell the mgr that it sounds like my power steering pump and he says I will have my mechanic run a test and he did and find out its not the power steering pump, it's the alternator, so graciously relieved because of the price and the time it took to replace the alternator and they were so courteous and friendly and nice to me. I just wanted anyone who is reading this to know, take your vehicle to BigOTires at Legends in Kansas city KS, they will treat you nice and get the job ✔️ 👍🏾. Thanks again and I'll be back for sure!!!
