Big O Tires

I called needing new tires. Your store f do isn’t have them but they ordered and installed next day.. my only complaint is about the set I replaced. I purchased them from you, they were summoto tires and their life span was in the 20k range. I won’t purchase those again

Travis was great. I brought my car in because of tire alerts. They inflated and submersed them, found no leaks and reset my onboard computer. All in 20 minutes!

I was very impressed with the staffs urgency and commitment to high-level customer service. I had had a flat on the freeway and needed four new tires on a trailer. I expected to be there for many hours, and in all honesty, they did all the work very fast at less than 40 minutes. Their demeanor and professionalism, combined with their sense of urgency made this experience very positive for myself.

Manager Travis was amazing and fit me in without an appointment. The service was very thorough and he inspected after Tech completed work. He quoted me a lower ball joint on a 2000 Ford Crown Victoria and printed out service details and cost when I get corrected. Awesome job all around! No pressure and detailed in all aspects.

The guy I dealt with was extremely informative and nice the guys doing the work on my truck I couldn’t ask for any better
