Jacob was really nice and friendly, excellent service, I was not charged for fixing leak on passenger tire on my vehicle, we are going back tomorrow to get new tires on my husband’s pick-up.

I dropped in with a problem with my lug nuts. They were attentive and concerned and handled my situation in a timely and professional manner even though it was not a profitable transaction for them. I felt they were honest and caring. They communicated with me and even performed a complete curtesy check with pictures. I found the staff friendly and knowledgeable and will give them my business in the future.

I spoke with them and they made a last minute appointment available and did a wonderful job. All were professional and courteous.

twice I stopped in this store and both times was experiencing troubling engine problems. The first time I met Big Joe and he was amazing. On Wed May 15 once again I was having severe engine trouble and Wes was the guy. He was kind, reassuring, competent, polite and very helpful. I still had 2 1/2 hours to drive to reach home and don't think I would have made it home with out his help. I wish I lived closer to this location because everyone I have met there has been a lifesaver. I can't thank them enough.
