Big O Tires

I was happy with everything up until the point I had one lug nut fall off and another was about to fall off within a day of picking my vehicle up and it makes me question the quality of the work done on my vehicle when a lug nut can't be torqued.

Do the job right the first time. I had to go back one because they didn't put my key back in the car then again to get the tires mounted correctly

Failed to tighten wheel simulator hub caps while doing tire rotation

Every time I have my tires rotated on my Silverado daully they never get the wheel simulators tightened. I can’t believe it’s that difficult to get this done!!!

Was told that and alignment check was going to be done after oil change. Waited an hour and they called me up to get truck and said the alignment check wasn’t done they forget and wouldn’t be able to do it for a few hours now.

Listen to the customer. I understand that the tire is old, however, I explained that this is a ranch truck that rarely leaves the property and a quick patch would have solved the problem. Instead, I was told to go to a competitor in the area to fix the tire leak. I believe, the staff was just trying to get me to buy tires rather than fix the issue.

Somehow you managed to lose four parts comprising the hub on one of the wheels. It has not yet been determined how this will be resolved.

My brakes smoke immediately after getting. Ew rotors and brakes. In 50 years, never experienced this. The smoke plume made me think my car was on fire. I took it back and they said the brand new rotors were clearly hot since they were discolored. I asked them to replace it and they said it would be full price. They made a mistake and would not address it. He was incredibly rude in the process
