I came by on Friday to schedule an appointment on Monday @ 8am. I arrived exactly at 8am, your business was busy apparently because they had opened early. Good for you! One front associate was dealing with sometype of warranty issue with a face-to-face customer, your 2nd was dealing with a tire issue w/o customer. There were 2x customers infront of me. 2 backroom employees were standing around staring at a tire on the ground upfront. Apparently the tire is question with your 2nd employee. No one made eye contact with me or the other 2x customers. 25 mins into waiting your first employee finally said we apologize for the delay. The front staff continued to take calls. After 45 mins of waiting and the 2x other customers out of the way, I finally got attended to. The other customers were walk-ins who dropped off flats. I wonder if there is a better way to honor an appointment time. I appreciate the appointments because the old cluster system did not work and I stopped coming. Your appointment time system is headed that way. I appreceiate it hard to coordinate everything in a timely manner on Monday morning, but remember your customers also have things they need to do. Tires are great.

Appreciate that fixing the nail puncture in the tire was free, but technician scratched the wheel on the tire machine all around the circumference of the wheel.

Supposedly you could not do the front end alignment. I talked to two other companies and they explained you Big O could have completed the service. I also learned the front end alignment probably isn't the cause for my tire problem.

I’ve never had the punctured tire light come on after switching out tires before. Also, the tires were loaded in my car so that I could not see out the back driving home. And the covers for the tires were clean when I brought the car in, but covered in mud and wet after the service, so that I had to clean out the back of my car

The salesman was what I would call "slippery". It was my fault for not checking the invoice more clearly but things were added that I did not want that were not made fully clear to me. 1.) They added Nitrogen without specifically telling me and without explaining it to me. They did use a highlighter to go through a long list of charges but did not specify that $40 charge and I only noticed it when I looked at my receipt later that day. Second, they added an alignment but I advised that I wanted an alignment only if needed. They never called to tell me if it was need or not but just did the alignment. 3.) The alignment left my steering wheel canted to left and now I have to go back to try to have that resolved. 4.) The service took an hour and a half longer than I was told. 5.) TPMS rebuild kit which I never requests. Again, my fault for not checking the list of services but it's not good business on the part of Big O and not a good look in a small town like this. I will be reviewing in other forums as well. I'll return only to have included services done in the future such as checking alignment, rotating tires, tire repairs and things like that. I will not recommend this store

Made an appointment for an alignment at 11am and was told my truck wouldn’t be seen until 11:45. Turned out that was wrong too, I ended up being seen at 12:45. Finally got out around 1:05.
