Too busy. Took over 6 minutes standing in line to check in. Then running very behind - it took over an hour to have a nail pulled from tire & plugged. Looks like more help needed.

The tires were not available as priced on the website . I had to settle for purchasing a more expensive tire. Work was not performed as requested therefore leading to a 1.5 hour wait for the work to be completed as requested.

The cost to swap snow tires for summer tires and balance was high compared to the time required.

I thought the overall price was a little high. But service was great and product is good.

Alignment was incomplete so, had to take vehicle back. Everything was then taken care of.

Left front tire inflated to 44psi. Right rear inflated to 29 psi. The other two somewhere in the middle.

Took car in for squeaky brakes. Big O recommended replacement of front / rear brakes and rotors, brake fluid exchange, and coolant flush. I agreed to this and they agreed to perform these services. Get a call shortly after stating rear brake parts are hard to find (2014 Toyota Corolla) so they won’t be doing that service. Not ideal, would’ve preferred to take car somewhere for one stop - seems this info should be known earlier? Looking at invoice and there are a couple strange things: 1. Material cost of front rotors and brake pads was about $420. This is more than double, and in some cases nearly 4x more than a quick search online for similar parts. 2x markup on materials?!?! In total, the labor and materials for front rotors plus brakes was $630.26 - seems quite high. 2. The invoice is not consistent in how it displays the total cost for each service. Bold number doesn’t always equal total cost of labor and materials. 3. My invoice has an error where it states “services not performed:” and it lists front brakes and rotors as well as an amount that differs from the invoice description that contains the “front brake job w/ new rotors” itemized costs. Wouldn’t recommend
