Big O Tires

You would have to gone way over my expectations to get a Highly Satisfied rate from me. Purchased new tires and was told after they were installed that I needed an alinement, I would have thought with new tires it would have been checked before you installed the tires.

Wish there was online scheduling and that the final invoice detailed if something was wrong with my tire.

I called once to make an appointment, left a message and never received a call back. I almost decided to go elsewhere to get my snow tires installed, but I decided to call back a few days later and someone answered, so I made an appointment.

I have never had it take an hour to get new tires installed especially have to make an appointment to get it done. I arrived 15 min. early and the vehicle did not go in the shop until after my appointment time. Kind of like going to the doctor's office :) After I got home, I noticed they did not put a valve stem cap on one of the tires. They were friendly enough though...

Eveybody should have room to grow

the employee did not know much about tire pressure or where to find right amt for tire on door of car. So it took a manager to show him, taking well over another hour. He seemed to be learning on my time. when problem of pressure was found to be a senser---it was rescheduled for another time---which I can do.

The people were awesome and extraordinary in their helpfulness. They really saved us! The tires were very expensive though.

Mounting fee for mounting new tires on rims

Coupon sent to me was misleading. “Conventional oil change $19.99. The mechanic said cars don’t have conventional oil changes anymore all cars use synthetic oil now so the price was $89.00.”
