I was satisfied. I hit the wrong answer

The service was to replace a broken rear wheel lug nut stud. Big O charged $ 178 for this service. Conifer Automotive bid $140 for the same service. Stevinson Toyota bid $95 for the service. I needed have this work completed before leaving on a trip and Big O got me in.

Everything was good

Not sure why I’m getting this question as I answered that I was highly satisfied throughout

Had an appointment at 2:00. They did not start on the car until 2:40

I waited 4 hours for tire rotation,wheel alignment, oil change.

The service I requested was completed to my satisfaction, however when I went to check out I was given a list of items that were issues. They included leaking struts and a lower front control arm needing replaces. Plus a few other items. The quote for all of items was $5,414.20. Which was unbelievable. I believe they looked at the CarFax and suggested items that did not appear on it. I have a trusted mechanic that I use for big issues, so I had him look over the car. He suggested a change in a couple of filters, which I can do, plus keeping an eye on the Lower Control Arm. I will not be taking my car back for service as I do not trust your mechanics. I will continue to have my tires rotated by your shop and probably will buy my next set of tires from Big O.

Very expensive. Cost more than the book value of my 2002 SUV

The price was a lot higher than expected. The total recommended service was for $4500 while I was expecting to pay around $1500 in total. In the end I decided to postpone some of the recommended services.
