Big O Tires

Called, spoke to Joe - explained what I needed and was hoping he could help me within an allotted time frame - he checked inventory and told me to come on in. I was so very pleased with the service and staff - they let me know exactly what they were doing with my car and welcomed my dog into the waiting room - I also opened your credit card to make the purchase of my 4 tires and alignment. Joe was so helpful getting me all set and his associate, Caleb was also very attentive and checked me out without incident and way before the allotted time frame! I am so very pleased with the entire experience. I was able to hit the grocery store and still make it back to work on time! And, best of all, I'm all ready for the incoming snow storm! Thank you, Joe and Caleb! I'm a very Happy Camper!

They were very friendly and informative with what has happening and explaining the pricing on what I was getting. They also went through and showed what I had happening with my car and how they would be able to fix it.

This was my first visit to Big O. From the gentleman who answered my call to the people in the shop….. everyone was kind and in a great mood. It was very a welcoming environment and I was kept well informed.

All the representatives were very helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Joe was extremally helpful and friendly. They have a customer for life.
