Our local shop was clean, including the restroom. Staff was friendly and polite. All around a great experience for me.

Nice group of ppl, helped me bring my tires and wheels in to get them mounted, held the door for me, kind and courteous.

Even though they were very busy, they serviced my vehicle in a timely manner.

I scheduled and came in for an alignment. They quickly showed me a bad tie rod end. They gave me a quote to replace. Parts were $350. I found the parts for both ends for $35 so replaced it myself. I'm grateful They showed me and I'm looking forward to scheduling again to get the alignment completed; )

All in all I was treated with respect and, the bathroom was clean and welcoming.

Took no time at all for tire mounting and an alignment. Was actually surprised how fast it was. Been doing business with big o since the 90's, and conifer store for quite a few years. They are my tire store.
