Selection of tires presented by sales associate; tire examples available to view in store to compare brands & tire features. Sales person's knowledge of different features & quality aspects of each brand. I shopped tires online & in-store before making a decision on which tire to purchase. Sales associate was always friendly & courteous & recalled our previous conversations when finally making purchase.
