Staff was friendly and knowledgeable and helped me choose the perfect set of tires for my car. I didn’t have an appointment and they still were able to fit me in on a Saturday!

fantastic customer service, had an issue with a bearing replacement and Big O took care of everything and made it right for no cost. They communicated very well and stood behind their work. Great place to have work done or get new tires. highly recommend

came in for oil service and inspection. showed 2 front tires were excessively worn on the inside. save me the aggravation of a blowout on the road
