I was extremely satisfied with the staff; they were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. They explained the steps of what would be done to my vehicle, and kept me informed of any issues that I may not have been aware of. They completed the service of my vehicle in a very reasonable amount of time, and the cost was quite reasonable. When I asked questions they were able to provide answers in an understandable manner, and they provided excellent customer service. I was very pleased with my experience at Big O Tires.

I had a flat tire in the first ten mins of my 8 hr drive. Upon hearing this, the service agents made a superhuman effort to get my tire changed (10 minutes) and have me back on the road. The total experience took all of 20 mins. I was delighted and extremely impressed with the service, courtesy and professionalism. I will recommend Big O to anyone and certainly use your company again when the need arises. Thank you Big O for getting me back on the road!!
