I had refused to go to that store since my 1st visit 12 years ago, the old owner and associates were horrible, felt ripped off, bad service etc. But the new owner and employees at the store have turned the store around, very courteous, helpful and efficient. I will definately return for tires again.

The time to completion was excellent! And, I would like to say thank you to Wes who was my sales associate. He changed my appointment time to accommodate my crazy schedule and was very professional! Highly recommend this location.

Assistance in getting our flat tire fixed and Chris Barbour brought a compressor to inflate tire so we could get to shop. Then we were checked in and they worked on our tire almost immediately. Great customer service and detail to getting us back on the road. Highly recommend this Big O.

Made a same day appointment for a tire with a slow leak. I expected there to be a cost, at least for the time that the tech spent looking for the problem, but there was no charge. So much appreciated!
