to schedule was easy. Could not fix our problem, but explained why. Alerted us to another issue.

I have dealt with the Conifer BigO for 9 years and will continue to do so.

I stopped using this location a few years ago becasue of the poor cusotmer service. I heard they were under new ownership or management and decided to give it a go. Very professionla team and great customer service. I am back as a cusotmer now.

Everything went as planned

Quick, easy, and very courteous.

Wes took great care of me with a super friendly attitude. The service was top-notch and speedy. He even went out of his way to pick up a lug nut for me because the one I had was stripped. All of the employees had a great attitude as well and overall it was a great experience.

the facility was clean, staffed and they almost "jumped" to assist me. This store is now "Fully staffed?" staffed and is a welcome change from before. I spent the last year trying to get my tires rotated, and there was a sign on the door telling us that they no longer did rotations.

While waiting in line, I was highly impressed with Joe and Wes as they continued to field phone calls and take care of customers that were there on site. They both had a wonderful attitude, very welcoming smiles, and a true commitment to customer service.

I had a flat tire and it was fixed the very next day at no charge. Well done.
