Even though I am moving these will definitely be my go to guys! Because of the friendly, prompt service and the complimentary flat tire repair I will be returning when it’s time to buy new tires or need mechanical help.

Chris, the manager is why that location is so great. He is so knowledgeable and focuses on helping the customer, instead of trying to nickel and dime the customer. (like the majority of auto shops anywhere) He also is amazing at hiring a competent staff to hold to his standards of excellence. Normally I would NEVER go to a Big O ANYWHERE, as they are usually garage....sorry but it's true. However, the BIG O in Conifer, Colorado, is where I send anyone that needs something dealt with on their vehicles. 10 out of 10 for sure!

The crew was very helpful when I needed a tire repaired. They switched out the damaged tire with my spare. I was going to order new tires for winter anyway, so I ordered them after the repair and returned the next day for the installation of the new set. Excellent people! Very satisfied overall and I’ll be returning when I’m in need again.

I came in and had a low tire. The young man was more than helpful and made me feel better on a very stressful day already. Unfortunately my tire had a screw and could not be repaired. I have been a discount tire customer for over 20 years and they offered to help me get my spare on to get back down the hill, however their kindness won me over. I was so impressed with their customer service I choose to get all 4 tires replaced there. They had to run down the hill to even get me the tires. You now have me as a customer for the next 20 plus years due to their kindness and compassion. Thank you!
