I wasn't told about all the pricing things like the disposal fee the Kentucky tire tax

They did an awesome job. They were friendly and got the inspection done quick. They should keep up the good work and do the same things they have been doing.

The people behind the desk very young, inexperienced! Told one thing but not true to what told. Asked for something but they forgot to do what was asked. Very inexperienced, not a good experience. Need more QUALIFIED people in your shop.

Sell tires which I could afford. Company discontinued kind I had purchased before and brand carry now, almost doubled in cost

Be honest about what equipment you have available. I requested my engine to be scanned and no one told me until I picked the car up that the scanner was not available. Also, provide an updated oil change reminder sticker (mine was not updated) and if you are going to put "changed oil life on car" on the receipt, actually change it or tell me you didn't.

I had tires rotated, but they didn’t check tire pressure in tires. All where low. Also the sensors that show up on dashboard are not the tires that air is put in.

Try being proactive when waiting for leasing company approval. Make sure when you do not have the parts needed to replace wipers that you reattach the old wipers poperly. They flew off my car while I was driving down the highway with no place to get them repaired. Very poor workmanship of the technition.

Just do the work people ask you to do and stop trying to upsell.

Lower prices. Told my wife she needs rear rotors and brakes but estimate was two times the price estimate of other local servicers. Manager said they are corporate prices and cannot adjust to compete. We said thx and took it to another competitor that charged 1/3, used better parts, and longer warranty
