Done it in a timely manner

Fast and good

I purchased 4 tires from BigO’s and I also purchased 4 tires from Discount Tire. Both were comparable in price. I wanted to see who did a better job. I have to say, Discount Tire cleaned the new tires they installed and they look amazing. BigO’s didn’t clean the new tires so they look like old/used tires. When you spend over $3,100 you would think the least they can do is wipe down the new tires and or rims.

Price was high

Took to long and to high on mounting and balancing tires. Never ask if I wanted to keep the tires and have to pay when you buy and when you change tires. Double dipping on that one.

Jessalynn was more than helpful. She was very friendly and very informative. Savannah was not who checked me in, but she also was very friendly. They were helping each other, showing great teamwork.

We had 4 new tires put on and were told that we needed to have a $150.00 alignment that is supposed to have a 3yr warranty. We had an alignment billed to us on a previous repair that should have covered it but the GM stated that alignment was only good for 90 days. What a rip off.

Well since Doug is no longer the owner. You have already raised prices in certain areas that don't make sense. 149 for 3 year alignment or 99 for 3 months. SMH. Had some tires put on my truck. New owner tried to take me for 3 grand to replace steering arm and a sway bar link. They are crazy. Doug took care of you no matter what. These new owners are just out to pad them pockets!!

Was not their fault since I walked in

Appointment was for 9am, didn't take my vehicle back to work on it until 9:30am. This same thing happened with this location with a different vehicle I own in the past.
