Communication was great, Tiffany is excellent, speed of service was excellent as well. Though I did not wait with the vehicle nor did I have an appointment. I have always been and will remain a customer of Big-O tires

big o is my go to place for service, tires, oil change or any other service i need. been using big o for years for all my vehicles.

Pleased with the people and the time it took

A few years ago Peggy and Lisa were with his company and they were so good. There have been several staff changes in the last 18 months. I'm a regular every 3000 miles. One lady was way too loud and too much drama but the Mudd girl (maiden name) is very nice. The mechanic was also nice. The weird noise and heat problem was fixed. I love that I can take my laptop to big O and just work while I wait so I don't have to take sick or vacation days while getting my vehicle fixed.

It was great

They explained everything in terms I understood and ask if I had any other questions...which they were very patient to answer. They kept me informed throughout the process. They also made sure I was aware of all options.

Great service and the woman that came back to Leitchfield location can’t remember her name. But she is great

warrant work on a flat tire.

Customer service person was nice and easy to communicate with about my situation. Mechanic went the extra mile to find and fix my problem. The only thing, patrons waiting area on the depressing side. Could be made nicer to have to wait in.
