Couldn’t complete the job!

Front counter person needs to write down or communicate with garage associates better. I told the front counter person I needed an oil change, tire rotation, check for alignment and if it needed one to go ahead and do it, and new wiper blades. I told them I’d been up all night driving and would return around 4 to pick it up ( I dropped it off at 9:30 am). I get a call at 1:30 telling me I needed an alignment and they wanted to know if I wanted it. Woke me up from a dead sleep to ask me a question I already told them to do. Also, when I picked up the vehicle I asked about the wiper blades and they told me they didn’t change them because they looked good. I knew they were bad because I’m the one that drives the vehicle in the rain. They did go ahead and replaced them. The main girl, I guess the manager, was very rude about it. I’ve had issues with this location every time I go in for a simple oil change and rotation. It takes forever for them to get it done. I mean 4-5 hours even if I’m sitting there waiting on it.

It would of been nice if they had a trained mechanic I stopped on Saturday made my apt ask that if the did the work if something was wrong and couldn't be charged they worked on my car for an hour or little more then said it was working but had to idle car above 2 grand it's a 4 cylinder and after hour still have no air conditioning and if mechanic would of been qualified he would of know it wasn't charging and tell mri what was wrong but me hanic said it worked and didn't know why it was like that

When scheduling appointments, don't over schedule so many customers at the same time. When other customers call in about services, don't say just come in, when there is not enough mechanics available. The last three times I have had to wait 3 hours for an oil change, 2 and 1/2 hours for another oil change and 3 hours for two new tires to be put on...all by appointments.

When you come in to get oil change and lube like it says .. it would be nice to get what you pay for.. the gentleman was more interested in Arguing with the woman at the desk that kept going out there and what was going on with the other car in another bay area and taking his smoke breaks it was nerve racking.. I waited 48 minutes for a oil and lube and all I got was an oil change for 98.00.. No I won't be back !!

I went to get my tires rotated but was refused l! The lady said it was too close to the indicator…….. but it wasn’t at all….. she just wanted to sell me new tires. I have 4 vehicles with Big O tires….. but I will buy no more tires there!!!

I had a 12 o'clock appointment and I set for 2 and a 1/2 hours waiting for an oil change and tire rotation... unacceptable

Last 3 visits have all been bad.
