Big O Tires

Read your tickets, don’t lose my keys, actually do a tire rotation like was suppose to be done with the oil change. Don’t text me my vehicle is ready when not everything has been done .

Communicate on wait time, I was never told anything then after waiting an hour and 45 min, I got my keys back and left. They never even looked at my car

The manager didn't seem to have things under control as the previous manager did. The sticker placed on the windshield was hand-written, no date and incorrect mileage.

I brought my MKC there to have my tires rotated a few weeks back and the lady at the counter said they couldn’t be rotated because I needed new tires! I have NEVER had that happen before. I have 4 vehicles with Big O tires. But there won’t be any more purchased there. I will be getting new tires soon….. I knew I was needing some! But that is not the way to sell new tires to someone!

This store was a Wonderfull place to do business till a few years ago , it has went downhill in every area , there was not a single employee with any automotive knowledge. I mean I was asking what oil I need and why . The manager has only worked there a few months , a very young girl with no management experience or automotive experience. Not one single employee in the shop area has worked there more than 2 weeks . This store had about 7 or 8 people with over 15 years experiences, a manager with about 20 years in and a lead mechanic that worked there back in the 70’s till recently . So I asked one of the new guys what’s wrong and he replied “ from what I heard the new owner is had to work for “. I ask around to day at our party and out of the 20 or so families everyone giggled and said you did not know how bad it got there . We all have did business there for 30 years and no one does now . I’m not sure this helps ya but good luck !

Charged $27.00 to put a tube in a tire..IT TOOK THE AN HOUR AND A HALF TO DO IT!!

Not scratch an scuff 2000 dollar set of aftermarket rims

Technicians should clean up after themselves. My engine bay had multiple spots of oil left where they changed the filter and added oil. I have photos if you’d like.

I HAVE BEEN PURCHASING TIRES FOR ALL Y VEHICLES FOR AT LEAST THE LAST 15 YRS (4 VEHICLES UNTIL RECENTLY) AND HAD JUST PURCHASED TIRES FOR MINE AND MY WIFES VEHICLES IN THE LAST 4 MO (OVER $2,000). I'VE REMAINED LOYAL DUE TO THE GREAT SERVICE I'D RECIEVED IN THE PAST (I.E FREE TIRE ROTATION UPON BUYING A NEW VEHICLE, FREE FLAT REPAIR FOR A LAWN MOER TIRE) AND THE CONVENIENCE OF YOUR STORE BEING NEXT DOOR TO MY OFFICE EVEN THOUGH I COULD HAVE PURCHASED TIRES ELSE WHERE FOR MUCH LESS. I RECENTLY PURCHASED A NEW VEHICLE AND WANTED TO SWAP OUT THE NEW TIRES i RECENTLY PURCHASED TO THE NEW ONE SO I COULD AS TO USE MY BIG O WARRANTY AND WAS TOLD I WOULD BE CHARGED OVER $180!!! NEEDLESS TO SAY I DIDN'T DECLINED TO HAVE THIS DONE. APPARENTLY THERE IS NO LONGER AS MUCH EMPHESIS PLACED ON CUSTOMER SERVICE WHICH IS YOUR PEROGATIVE BUT GOING FORWARD I WILL BE SHOPPING ELSEWHERE.

Need to include shop fees in quote. Staff needs to understand billing process with coupons. On an oil change if auto needs more than 5 quarts, the extra oil should be the same price per quart as the first 5 quarts.
