Big O Tires

The employees were very friendly. They were done with my tire rotation within 20 minutes. The restroom was the cleanest public restroom I had ever been in. Overall, great!

He did what was expected, and had good service.

I like the people who work there, they go above & beyond to make sure it is completed correctly & you also offer ride home service on the few times I did need it. Also, if you can't do the maintenance needed, you refer to another great company

Always a great experience for me at this store. I have been coming here for many years with many different vehicles. I had a great, knowledgeable advisor today. He made good recommendations to help me keep up on scheduled service needs.

Extremely friendly associates, very professional, especially compared to other Big O locations I've been to in this area. It's obvious this location is very well managed. We had a weird issue with a TPMS that didn't want to read correctly and it was taken care of quickly and with aplomb. I wish that it hadn't take 2.5 hours, but it is what it is, especially on a Saturday before Christmas.

Months ago, the staff at this store told me my battery was low and quoted me a new one. Yesterday, I was coincidentally getting a sandwich in the shopping plaza with the Big-O store and my battery failed. I walked into the Big-O and told them. They had my car jumped, brought into the garage, and fixed within 30 minutes. They even honored the original quote, even though it was old. I’m a regular at this store, but even in my experience, this was above-and-beyond.

Big O had me in the day my tires were shipped and were installed same day. Little higher price then other places but can't beat the same day service
