When you make an appointment and have to wait an hour and 45 minutes to get what they were going to do to resolve haveing put brakes on wrong and having to replace pads and rotors. After having to wait that long the manager finally had someone take me home,and later picked me up after 4pm.

This Midas had a complete lack of integrity in servicing my vehicle. They failed to inform me that the rotation service was never completed though I paid for it. They told me the tires were fine, while a mechanic later stated the rear tires were cupping due to shock/strut failure. Many services were recommended despite no need for them, this vehicle with over 215k miles had $4k in workup including flushes and filter replacements that I even informed the location had been replaced. Consumers might easily be deceived by fresh waiting room, cleanliness and courtesy of the desk. But I am very animated about the misinformation received.
