It is the first time I dealth with Midas and was extremely pleased with the service and the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. A good person to deal with the public. The manager was friendly and answered any questions you had . Nice atmosphere and they didn't try to upsell like many places. The only thing I was surprised about is that they didn't offer a conventional oil change.

My car had damage after being stolen and another company had looked at it but could not detect or decern the damage properly. Michelle, Distilled Mgr, and her team at Princess Anne was EXCELLENT in finding the problems and determining the cause. Such an awesome group!

Great Staff and convenient location. They were able to get me in the same day in a timely manner.

The staff was very friendly and courteous. I called several places to try and get in for an inspection and thankfully they were free to see me. I didn't even need an appointment. As soon as I arrived I was serviced immediately.

Joe and Gwen are incredibly kind. Joe was able to help me take care of my inspection with out hesitation. I didn’t need my brakes serviced yet and joe made it clear that I’d be alright for a while but I asked if they could still be done to save me time later. He didn’t flinch, and said they could handle it same day for me.

Price and customer service

The staff was friendly and honest, they even managed to get me in for a ball joint replacement when their schedule was full for the day.

The front desk guy was really knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Service was fast.
