Big O Tires

Even though I came in without an appointment, I was told that the shop could perform my oil change while I waited. They said it would be about 40 minutes, and that is what it took!!

When I got there I hit a curb so hard my tire went flat! I worked the Night Shift so after getting off work and seeing my tire and as flat I was super sad! When I got to Big O Tire I was kinda skeptical thinking I wouldn’t get my car serviced because a lot of cars were in the parking lot. Plus me being exhausted I was kinda socially shut down. But the guys who helped me were super nice and communicative. The service did go fast which was shocking! They even told me what I needed to fix and I set up an appointment to get it done in the future. I loved the Simpson games and the bathrooms were clean. I’m satisfied and will go back for my auto needs

Expedient service and very friendly. The automated appointment scheduling does not appear to communicate with the individual locations, but they still managed to get me in and out quickly.

Great customer service!

The staff was very knowledgeable and seen other issues wrong with my vehicle so I got them fixed as well. They also offered a finance program which helped out due to Christmas coming up that has 6 months of no interest. Highly recommend this Big O Tires service to other personnel!!!
