Your team was professional, courteous, knowledgeable and supportive. I watched how they interacted with other customers. I listened to others about the quality of their work. Bottom line is that I'm an old man (64) and almost never impressed any more with the work ethic of business. At this location, at least, I found old school at work in getting the job done. The location I visited has become my #1 go-to team for tires, oil changes, and other related vehicle maintenance from now going forward. It's been a long time since I was so pleasantly surprised by the support to customers as I was at this Big O location. You made car maintenance so much easier for me and I appreciate that.

The managers kept me updated on the entire process The visit ran into the lunch hour and so the manager/partner Matt drove me to a local restaurant so I could get a bite to eat and then picked me up when my vehicle was completed.

Matt, Andy, Jess and team are great. This was my third time visiting this location in two weeks. Note, all for different issues on two vehicles.

Everything was easy.

The staff had a great attitude. They communicated well and showed the problem with the tire and explained the need for new tires and an alignment clearly.

Customer was great and I was given a ride home so I did not have to wait at the shop for my vehicle to be dome and they also picked me up when it was finished and did a outstanding job!!!
