In terms of this location's service it was great. I did call back to tell them I did not see the certificate with my purchase (all the special Disney 100th charms)and asked them could I pick it up and they said yes so I went back. But when I got there, it was clear that only the manager knew what I was talking about, none of the associates knew. Also when they provided me the certificate they didn't know each charm had a designated one with the name of the charm on it. So it was kind of disappointing to see how pandora trains their employees on their new products. Lastly, I feel disappointed about the charm designs itself for the 100th. I love the cinderella carriage idea but pandora already has two other versions of this. The most you could do for a $200 charm is make the design more unique than just stamping a 100 year mark on the charms. Likewise with the Minnie mouse one which was so boring. Like wise with the stupid printed sleeves for $35.

None of the sales associates greeted or acknowledged us when walked in. After 5 mins of standing around some asked “do you need help”. Aside the temperature being unbearable the service was bad but they didn’t forget to mention completing the survey😒

I got my wife a bracelet and she only had it for a week but did not realize the lock was defective, because of that she lost one of her charms and the store would not replace it. I feel Pandora should have replaced it because I was sold a defective item.

The store representative Renee was very rude, I came to purchase an item and wanted to browse around the store but she said stay there by the register, and she stopped me from browsing around the store, maybe due to my appearance but that is unfair I am a paying customer. It felt like she just wanted me to pay for the specific item and leave.
