The sales person, Ms Karen P, at the Towne East Mall in Wichita ks, was super nice and kept complimenting me on the rings and that my boyfriend has good taste and she helped me correct my ring size and made it real nice and easy picking a cleaning set as well. Her having personal experience with cleaning products and wearing the jewelry from the store, and her product knowledge, and professionalism made me feel more secure and confident with my choice. As a manager of a retail store I loved her customer service and made my experience so valuable that I’ll definitely be back in.
