The Sales Associate Kimani was very helpful. From the time walked in the store until the minute I left Kimani's customer service was over the top. Kimani expressed the Mother's Day promotion that's currently going on in the store. Because Kimani I will be coming back.

Both my daughter and I had an amazing experience in the Pandora store today Downtown Brooklyn. What really made it amazing was the sales associate Zellon. He was very knowledgeable about the jewelry. He was patient with me when I was shopping and undecided. He also made me and my day laugh. He was such a delight so much that I will definitely be visiting again soon and will definitely look for Zellon to assist me. He deserves a raise. Thank you Pandora 😊

Bianca was very helpful. The selection of jewelry was large and she explained the engraving process to me which I did not know was possible.

In the Pandora store I was surprised about the staff. The women who helped me to find something for a gift was so kind and really understanding despite I spend there almost 2 hours and I was very indecisive.
