I am always very satisfied when visiting this particular location of Pandora. Everyone from the management to the associates are always very friendly, helpful, & professional. You are welcomed as soon as you enter and they respectfully give you space to browse while letting you know they are there to assist if needed. Kellon helped me on this visit and he was great. He gave me his undivided attention and knowledge for a good amount of time. He attentively found each item I requested and didn't make me feel rushed as I weighed several options. I really appreciated his recommendations that helped me qualify for the ongoing promotion. Ultimately, I had a great shopping experience and happily purchased more than I intended. Thanks to the wonderful staff, I will continue to visit this store and recommend others to visit as well. It is my preferred location.

Associate knew what charm I was describing. She knew where to find the charms in the store. And they had everything I wanted.

I walked into the store and was greeted as the employees were assisting other customers When I was being serviced Kimani went above and beyond to assist me with buying a bracelet for my daughters birthday and helped me with the charm assortment. Bianca was absolutely engaging as well to comment on the bracelet and supporting kimani with positive feedback on how he placed the clips and charms. Bianca aider me with the clip choices and we engaged in a conversation about the product, when to come back as they have small drops of assorted collections ie Disney. First off i came in at least 10 minutes before closing and the worker was really friendly about it and gave me time to choose what i wanted to buy. She didn’t rush me and was giving me options !
