Donald was amazing. Although shortly after me entering 4 other customers came in, he took his time and didn't rush me to make a decision. This is why I bought 3 additional charms because I was able to see them on and decide which I truly liked best. Not the best 400 dollars I've spent, but love every single one of the items he assisted me in selecting.

I received a friendly greeting when I entered the door, both cells percentage were busy with a customer and waited a few minutes and was greeted and helped right away. The salesman working with me was very experienced and patient and took her time with my concerns. She cleaned my Pandora bracelet And offered her suggestions. At the end, I was so pleased with the bracelet that I needed a bangle to match it and she worked with me on that. I am very pleased with my bangle and cleaning and repairs to my bracelet. I would recommend this store to all of my friends and family .

i couldn’t order a pickup because of availability so i went in store and asked was the snake chain silver necklace available the sales associate was super sweet and even recommended some charms to go on the necklace she even helped me find my birthstone charm i had been looking for FOREVER !

This Pandora store is my favorite in town. Every employee I have interacted with has been lovely and very helpful. They held conversations with me while also making sure I had everything I needed. They discussed possible additions down the road and how we could rearrange my charms to make it work. I will 100% be back!
