Pandora Jewelry

I love the concept of the brand this is the main reason that I go to Pandora store. The key person is the sale representative that will make me buy or not. Seems like the way that sale person here in the US is doing very well.

Brittany who assisted me had a rude approach towards me. I came in and asked what was on sale hoping someone would point me to a section. She handed me a catalog and told me to look at that.. she seemed annoyed that I asked that. Another assoc. (dark hair) said she could help me look as well. She was friendly & I wanted to be helped by her but a gentleman came in with a return while I was looking. Brittany told me that I needed to stand in line if I wanted assistance. I wasn’t done looking but I waited in line. Brittany was the next available associate and she asked me what I wanted to see. I asked her if she could pull the tray out for me to get a better look, she was immediately hesitant and said she is not allowed to do that. also asked her if she had certain charms in stock- she said she had none that I wanted. She wasn’t very knowledgeable about the product either, I asked her if one of the items I purchased was a clip- she said no it’s just a bead. When I got home I realized it was a clip.. I would have bought 2. Also asked her if she had a rose gold clip and she said no. As I was checking out I noticed the rose gold clip and she said “I didn’t even know that was on sale”.

Did not have birthstone earrings for the month of July and August. Did not have them on-line and two stores that I visited
