Rose T was very helpful. I purchase Pandora for my wife for special occasions and when we travel. Rose was by far the most helpful and knowledgeable young lady that I have had the pleasure to work with. She had very good suggestions and really know the product. I was going to purchase 1 Christmas charm, but Rose told me of the promotion for a free bracelet, so I ended up buying 3 Christmas charms. I am really happy that you added a Pandora store in Clackamas Town Center. I would rather visit the store than purchase online.

I came in today and a young lady named Liza welcomed me in and we got straight to buisness. She was very professional with her job showed me many items but I was looking for something specific and she showed it all right away. She was very nice to me and kind, gave me many options to choose from. I have never received such good customer service in my life then I did today. Walked out Pandora with a smile on my face I purchased what I needed and definitely gonna be coming back for more stuff! Definitely recommend people that come in to have Liza as your sales person on of the best.

I came all the way from San Francisco for Family Thanksgiving celebration. I was invited by a family member to visit Pandora Clackamas, according to her this is a newly opened store. I've never been in a Pandora store before. I visited the store with my kids on black Friday and to my surprise it was so busy, and every sales staff was assisting customers, Staffs greeted us immediately regardless of how busy they were, they were not those regular sales staffs that were too loud, sales associates were so calm, and they were not pushy, the associate that help us recommended what I was looking for and based on my budget, not pushy but helpful which I like, took time to box and bag items that I bought. This concluded my Christmas gifts for my relatives, and I ended up buying 29 pieces of jewelries.

Bought a clip would not stay closed has now falling of and is lost poor quality

Too warm in store.

We were not told about the buy two items and get a third for free didn't include Disney charms for free until we had picked out the charms and were paying.

It was great

Associate did NOT look happy to be there or happy to have to work/help me. She had a bad attitude and did not make me feel welcomed. I felt like a bother to her.
