The employees were busy, but still able to be friendly and curteous. I like the fact there are now tables, where I can sit and do paperwork while I wait. Everyone was super nice and professional. GREAT JOB! I'll be back :)

My tire went flat about a block away, I aired it up at a Casey’s drove to the Altoona location explained I had to be at the state bowling tournament on the South side of Des Moines at 3:30 at this time it was 2:35 They knew I was in need of some quick help and they delivered. The customer service was wonderful. They did not have my particular filter in stock and were able to locate one and service my car same day. Other retailers had failed to do this! I was very happy!

I called with a tire pressure issue and was told to bring my car right in. When I arrived someone assessed my problem and within an hour I was back on the road with new tires!

The staff were great, and very helpful. They explained what the issue was and what was needed to repair said issue. It was more expensive than I would have liked, but the price was worth the piece of mind that it would be fixed properly.
